This policy explains how NCMCO collects and uses information when you submit an inquiry through the steel door production line page.

1. Information we collect

We may collect the name, company, country, WhatsApp number, email address, door type, expected capacity and project information that you voluntarily provide, together with advertising click identifiers and campaign parameters used to understand where an inquiry came from.

2. How we use the information

We use the information to contact you, respond to your inquiry and prepare a preliminary discussion about your project. We do not sell your contact information.

3. Technical services

The site uses Cloudflare to deliver, protect and operate the website. When Google Ads or Google Tag is enabled, necessary technical data may be used to measure advertising performance. We do not send your name, email address, WhatsApp number or project description to Google Ads or Google Analytics.

4. Sharing and retention

Inquiry records and advertising source identifiers are stored securely using Cloudflare. Email notifications are sent through Resend to the NCMCO team through project@ncmco.cn and used only as needed to process the inquiry. We retain the information for the time required for contact and project management.

5. Your choices

You may request access, correction, deletion or discontinuation of contact use by emailing project@ncmco.cn.
